PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — On Friday, the weather continued to create flooding issues throughout Hampton Roads and North Carolina.

Starting on Thursday, viewers have been sending in photos of the aftermath of heavy rain in the region. On Friday, locals continue to experience the effects.
