The taste of spring will continue for one more day, before temperatures drop off through the weekend. The weekend still looks real nice, just not as warm as this week has been – plus, we’ll be reminded of the all too common temperatures swings in the spring early next week.

Track 1
A Taste of Ink by The Used
The taste of spring will last through the day, with temperatures topping out near 80° yet again! Our typical high temperature in March is around 60°, so buckle up for another day with temperatures 20°+ above average!

Track 2
Changes by David Bowie
Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end… A weakening cool front will drop into the region Friday evening and with it, a few showers are expected. Some clouds and a few isolated showers could linger into Saturday morning, but as the front drops to our south for the weekend temperatures will also drop. Expect highs near 60° Saturday and in the upper 60s on Sunday – so we’ll call it pleasantly refreshing.

Track 3
The Joker by Steve Miller Band
March will be playing a funny little joke on us next week… the month that is known for it’s temperature swings provides one for Hampton Roads. Some chilly air will push in from the north early next week and we can expect morning lows in the 30s and highs in the low 50s!

Enjoy the weekend before we’re reminded of the frustrating spring swings.
