The sound of a bell will ring when the time is up.

A random coin flip determined the order of the questions.

The questions will be focused on local and regional issues impacting communities across Virginia and candidate-specific subjects.

The debate will be moderated by news anchors Tom Schaad of WAVY-TV 10 and Deanna Allbrittin of WRIC-TV.

It will air on television stations and digital platforms across Virginia, WJHL-TV in Johnson City, TN and cable news network NewsNation will carry the debate nationwide.
