NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A Norfolk woman won the jackpot playing the Virginia Lottery’s “The Lamp” online game.
“It was a blur!” is what Nicole Vann told Lottery officials. She said she couldn’t believe it when she saw she won the $791,969 jackpot. She and her husband kept logging out and back into her account make sure she really won.
The Lamp is one of dozens of online games available on the Virginia Lottery’s mobile app and website. It features a progressive, growing jackpot.
Ms. Vann said she has no immediate plans for her winnings.
