Tropical storm Helene is impacting a long term Chesapeake roadwork project. City officials say a shift in traffic on the Triple Decker Bridge that was scheduled for Friday had to be pushed back. 

Neptune Festival organizers created the Rounds of Applause community art project, highlighting festival partners.
