VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Chopper 10 flew over the Virginia Beach Oceanfront early Saturday morning and captured a large police presence spanning several blocks. Police Chief Paul Neudigate said it was “a very chaotic night in the beach” with several crime scenes.
Two people died and there are eight additional shooting victims, police said.
