A man is dead following a fire at home in West Cradock. Portsmouth Fire Rescue & Emergency Services responded to a home on the corner or Kelly Drive and Cove Terrace shortly before 9 a.m. New Year's Eve.

According to the Accomack County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a vehicle fire on Green Hill Road on Dec. 15. Upon arrival, they found Fosque suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
