NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Commuters traveling on I-64 near Tidewater Drive experienced traffic delays Tuesday morning due to an overturned vehicle.
Virginia State Police said the crash shut down the express lanes on I-64 westbound at mile marker 277 in Norfolk. The crash involved three vehicles, according to state police and caused property damage; no injuries reported.
