NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Interstate 64 West off-ramp to West Bay Avenue at Exit 274 will be closed overnight Wednesday, April 3 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. for construction work related to the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel expansion project.
A backup date for the work is Thursday.
As part of the project’s widening work for I-64 in Norfolk, the West Bay Avenue off-ramp will be closed, and traffic will be detoured to 4th View Street.
