CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WFXR) — A guy who earned the most outstanding player honor during the 2019 Final Four in helping the Virginia Cavaliers win the men’s basketball national title is coming back home.
Wednesday, former UVA All-American Kyle Guy was named athlete development mentor/special assistant on head coach Tony Bennett’s staff.
Guy spent the last five years playing professional basketball in the NBA and overseas.
