NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk State University is holding a press conference before the Women’s Basketball team heads off to the NCAA Tournament.
The team earned a No. 15 seed in the 2024 NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Tournament.
They will face off against No. 2 seed Stanford in the tournament’s first round.
The matchup is slated for Friday, March 22 at 7 p.m. PST. Stanford will host first and second round games at Maples Pavilion.
