NORFOLK (WAVY) – Maury edge rusher Ari Watford announced his commitment to Clemson on Wednesday. He’s ranked as the number one edge position in the class of 2025, according to 24/7 Sports.
Watford chose the Tigers over Ohio State, Syracuse, and Virginia Tech. He helped lead the Commodores to a Class 5 state championship in December.
Watford, listed at 6’5″ 220 pounds, still has his senior season left to play.
