NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Tickets are now on sale to see hometown boxing star Keyshawn Davis at Scope Arena as part of a multi-bout event Nov. 8.
Presale tickets for the event ran through Tuesday, and tickets for the general public went on sale Wednesday.
The 11-0, 25-year-old lightweight world title contender and Olympic silver medalist is headlining the Scope event.
Davis is going into the event ranked No. 3 by the WBO, IBF and WBC and will take on Gustavo Lemos (29-1, 19 KOs) of Argentina in a 10-round fight. The fight will be streamed on ESPN+ in the U.S.
Davis’ older and younger brothers, Kelvin “Night Night” Davis (13-0, 7 KOs) and Keon Davis, will also fight. Kelvin Davis will fight Yeis Solano (15-3, 10 KOs), while Keon Davis is making his pro boxing debut in the welterweight division.
The world championship co-feature fight will feature WBO welterweight Brian Norman Jr. defending his crown against Derrieck Cuevas of Puerto Rico.
The Davis trio will appear in studio Thursday on the Hampton Roads Show, and will talk with WAVY’s Chris Reckling about bringing championship boxing back to Norfolk’s Scope Arena.
They’ll also talk about their origins in the sport here in Hampton Roads, and Keyshawn Davis’ journey to an Olympic medal.
Tickets for the fight are available here and at the Scope box office.
