PORTSMOUTH, VA (WAVY) — Roger Brown’s Sports Bar was bumpin’ in Portsmouth on Sunday night, as Selection Sunday was underway for the NCAA Tournament, and the Norfolk State Women’s Basketball team found out who they would play in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament.
