PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — NSYNC’s Chris Kirkpatrick, BBMAK, LFO, Ryan Cabrera and other hitmakers from around the turn of the millennium are coming to Rivers Casino Portsmouth in June.
They’ll join O-Town for the POP 2000 Tour on Friday, June 21. Tickets start at $19 and go on sale Friday, March 15 at 10 a.m.
“The Pop 2000 Tour delivers the MTV TRL moments that will send guests back to the early 2000s,” Rivers says.
Kirkpatrick just reunited with NSYNC last year to record “Better Place” for the movie “Trolls Band Together.” He also recently appeared on “Celebrity Big Brother” and “The Masked Singer.”
LFO, which had a smash hit in 1999 with “Summer Girls,” only has one founding member remaining in Brad Fischetti. Two of the group’s members, Rich Cronin and Devin Lima, died of cancer and Fischetti is carrying on their legacy.
British boy band BBMAK meanwhile is also back after a 15-year hiatus. They’ve sold more than three million albums worldwide and are best known for hits “Back Here”, “Out of My Heart,” and “The Ghost of You and Me.”
O-Town, which got its start on MTV’s “Making the Band,” disbanded in 2003, but got back together in recent years. They’ll be performing No. 1 hits “Liquid Dreams,” “All or Nothing” and more.
Cabrera, best known for his 2004 hit “On the Way Down,” has put out a few singles in recent years, including 2023’s “Prescription of You,” but hasn’t released a major project since EP’s in the mid 2010s.
