WALLOPS ISLAND, Va. (WAVY) – At 3:25 a.m. on March 21, a dedicated launch for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) blasted off from Launch Complex 2 in Wallops, Virginia, on the Eastern Shore.
This was Rocket Lab’s first launch for the NRO from the United States.
