NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Members of the Hampton Roads community showed up to the first day of the 2019 Norfolk Harborfest despite the scattered showers.

Attendees could enjoy a variety of food stands, bands playing at the Boathouse Stage and the view of some of the “tall ships” in the marina.
