NORFOLK, Va (WAVY) A Virginia Beach will spend 15 years in prison for his part in a 2017 bank robbery in the resort city.
A jury found Austin Lee Howard guilty back in April.
According to court documents, Howard and Marquis Larosa Buckley held up the PNC Bank in Virginia Beach on October 13, 2017. Buckley had a gun and fired a shot inside the bank.
Buckley pleaded guilty earlier this month. His sentencing is scheduled for October 3.
