SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A Suffolk is facing charges following an alleged altercation that turned physical earlier this month, police say.
Suffolk police said an officer responded to the 3900 block of Bridge Road on Dec. 15 for a reported domestic assault and battery.
The officer spoke an alleged victim, who said she and 31-year-old Michael Andrew Kelly got into a argument that turned physical.
Police said Kelly is charged with assault and battery of family member and strangle another causing wounding or injury.
