Porch lights lit in support of Gloucester teen shot Tuesday

GLOUCESTER, Va. (WAVY) — Friends of a teenager shot multiple times at a park on Tuesday are encouraging people to keep their porch lights on Wednesday night to show support for the 14-year-old boy’s continued recovery.

While the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office hasn’t the released the name of the victim, a Facebook page started after the shooting identifies the teen victim as “Gage.”

On Wednesday, a post on the page indicated that he was “stable and is headed for more surgeries.”
