NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Police in Norfolk are looking for a man who robbed a Brink’s armored truck at gunpoint on Tuesday.
Norfolk dispatchers say there was a call just after 11 a.m. about a Brink’s truck that was robbed in 7600 block of Granby Street, near the Wards Corner section of the city.
No injuries were reported.
Police say the suspect was wearing a black motorcycle helmet and demanded cash from the driver, who was exiting the vehicle to enter the Soap-N-Suds at 7629 Granby.

The suspect fled in a silver vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
