NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)– A shooting over the weekend in Norfolk left one man dead and another injured.
According to police, the call came in at 4:40 a.m. Sunday for the report of a shooting. Two men arrived at the hospital with injuries believed to be life-threatening.
One of the men, 37-year-old Omon L. Hamlin succumbed to his injuries, police say.
The shooting occurred at the intersection of Colonial Ave and W. 27th Street.
