(WGHP) — After Hurricane Helene, people across North Carolina got to work helping to raise money as those communities began the process of rebuilding.
A number of musicians are doing shows, and donating their music as well. That includes a band with a personal connection to the High Country.
Brad Jones had a chance to find out why Jet Black Roses wanted to use their song “Carolina Blue” to send money to people and communities who could use a helping hand.
You can find Carolina Blue on all streaming services right now, with all the money from the song going to Operation Airdrop. There’s also a special t-shirt available through the band’s website www.jetblackroses.com.
