(WJW) – Cleveland Browns running back D’Onta Foreman was taken by an ambulance from practice on Thursday and then transported by helicopter to a medical center in Roanoke, Virginia, the team announced on X.

According to the post, Foreman sustained a “direct blow to the head that resulted in neck pain.”

He was immobilized by the team’s training staff before being transported to the hospital, the team said.

“Foreman had movement in all his extremities,” the post said. “Updates will be provided as more information is received.”
