Authorities: Philadelphia murder suspect last seen in Chesapeake

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A man accused of stabbing another person to death in Philadelphia last year was recently spotted in Chesapeake, authorities say.

The U.S. Marshals Office said in a news release 26-year-old Victor Yan was seen a month ago at a home on Butrico Court in Chesapeake. 

Yan’s current whereabouts are unknown, but the release said he may still be hiding in Hampton Roads.

The 26-year-old is warranted in connection to an Oct. 14, 2018 incident.

A reward of $1,500 is being offered for information that could lead to Yan’s arrest.
