JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — A Richmond man is accused of inappropriately touching three children starting back in 2016 in James City County.
Robert C. Sypole, 30, was arrested Monday and charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery, according to JCC Police.
Police say the alleged crimes started in November of 2016 at a home in the northern part of James City County. All three children were known to Sypole and all were under the age of 10 at the time, police say.
Sypole was taken Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail.
