Katherine Kelly, 21

Further investigation revealed that 21-year-old Katherine Kelly from Toano was in the condo with both victims earlier that night but left after an argument. Police said she went back a few minutes later with an unidentified man and her father, 52-year-old Timothy Kelly.

Police said that the three arrived at the condo and knocked on the door. As the door opened, Timothy Kelly allegedly forced his way in and attacked the 22-year-old victim stabbing him 13 times.

The 21-year-old victim had been inside the condo and attempted to break up the fight which is when he sustained one stab wound to his shoulder.

Police said the unidentified man then grabbed a bag containing a gaming system and the three fled the area.

Warrants were obtained for Katherine Kelly and Timothy Kelly for felony offenses such as robbery, felonious assault, malicious wounding, malicious wounding by mob, breaking and entering and conspiracy to commit a felony.
