Police searching for suspects in VB storage unit burglary

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia Beach police are searching for two suspects in a storage unit burglary on Sept. 1.

Photos of a man and woman were taken at the Industry Lane Life Storage. The suspects entered through a broken gate around 4:30 a.m. and broke into seven different storage units using bolt cutters, police said. They left around 6:30 a.m. in a black Nissan Altima after stealing several items.


The car was a black Nissan Altima with VA handicapped tags 5965DH. Subjects are not registered owners.

Suspect 1 is a man predicted to be between 30 and 40 years old, wearing black pants and t-shirt, has tattoo sleeves on both arms and a tattoo on his neck. Suspect is a woman in her 20s or 30s, black hair, wearing white tank top and black shorts. She has multiple arm and leg tattoos.
