VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Police are now investigating a homicide after a man was found dead in Virginia Beach Friday afternoon.
According to police, officers were sent to a home in the 1000 block of Riviera Drive. When they got to the scene, they found the victim, identified as 36-year-old Deshawn Ginyard.
Police the manner of his death appears to be a gunshot wound.
Police say the person pictured below may have witnessed or have information on the incident. The person was last seen on foot at the eastbound Witchduck Road offramp from I-264.
On Tuesday, police said with the public’s help they were able to identify this woman.
