VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A Virginia Beach man died in a single-vehicle crash Saturday evening on Princess Anne Road.
The crash happened around 6:45 p.m. in the 5400 block of Princess Anne Road. Police say the driver, 45-year-old Daniel Joseph Krieg, was heading eastbound when he crossed the median and struck a large tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No further information is available at this time, but police say the investigation into the crash was still ongoing as of Monday morning.
