VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — An emergency sanitary sewer repair is expected to require the closure of southbound Arctic Avenue between 22nd Street and 21st Street on Thursday.
Starting at 8 a.m., the roads will be closed. This repair is expected to be completed by 11 p.m. the same day; weather permitting.
