VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — There was a heavy police and SWAT presence in the area of Alicia Drive on Friday, police said.
Police said they are serving a warrant in that area.
Video sent in by a viewer captured the police presence, showing multiple officers in unmarked cars as well as a SWAT car.
