Police: 2 men arrested in connection with shooting incident in Suffolk

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Two men were arrested in connection with a shooting incident that occurred Monday morning on Carolina Road.

According to officials, just after 11:10 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Carolina Road for reports of gunshots fired.


No injuries have been reported at this time, and the investigation remains ongoing.

On Thursday, Suffolk Police announced they arrested Quliek Byron, 20, and Terrell Sharpe, 20, in connection with the incident.

Byron and Sharpe are both facing several felony charges, including use of a firearm in commission of felony and attempted malicious wounding.
