Police: Body found near train tracks in Suffolk now homicide

    • SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A body that was found in September near train tracks in Suffolk is now being investigated as a homicide, police said.

    On Sept. 18 around 4:25 p.m., 64-year-old Timothy Jerome Everett, of Suffolk, was found dead in the 400 block of Railroad Avenue.

    Now, his death was determined to be a homicide.
