SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man is dead after a fatal single-vehicle crash.
Police have identified the man as 22-year-old Montrell Anthony Bailey.
It happened on the 7100 block of South Quay Road near the intersection of O’Kelly Drive.
Traffic was delayed while police investigated the scene. However police released an update just before 10 a.m. stating the roadway was open for normal traffic flow.
At this time, police have not released any details on what led to the crash.
