PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — One man has minor injuries after a tractor-trailer overturned on VA-164 in Portsmouth.
Officials say that all eastbound lanes of the West Norfolk Bridge on VA-164 are closed due to an overturned tractor-trailer.
The crash happened around 6:50 p.m. on Thursday.
A man was taken to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
