PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Portsmouth Police said they canceled the search for a missing 64-year-old man.

Police said Michael Carter, who was reportedly last seen Tuesday around 2 p.m. in the 200 block of Goldenstar Lane, was found. They did not say if Carter was found safely or not.
