PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A 16-year-old boy was shot and killed on Saturday afternoon in Portsmouth.
According to police, it happened just before 4:30 p.m. near the 6000 block of Churchland Boulevard. Officers found the child dead at the scene, police say.
As of Monday, no suspect has been identified in the case.
