PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The Portsmouth City Hall is expected to close at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 8m due to inoperable elevators. The first floor of the building is still expected to be open.
The city has not given an expected time for the elevators to be fixed.
