PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — One man is dead after a shooting in Portsmouth Saturday night, in the 1200 block of Wilcox Avenue, police said.
Portsmouth police responded to the report of a shooting around 7:20 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering life-threatening injuries from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene, and was later identified to be 46-year-old Antwain Lamont Terry.
