NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects who vandalized multiple buildings in Downtown Norfolk.
On Nov. 17, police received a report that multiple buildings in the 400 block of Granby Street had been vandalized.
Detectives determined the building had been vandalized overnight between Nov. 13 and 14.
