NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man is in the hospital with what police believe to be life-threatening injuries after a crash involving a pedestrian Friday evening on Poplar Hall Drive near North Military Highway and the former Military Circle Mall.

Norfolk Police got the call around 6:50 p.m. for a crash in the 5700 block of Poplar Hall Drive.
