Albert DesMazes tells 10 On Your Side the neighborhood is usually quiet.

“For the most part I don’t have an issue with our neighbors, I haven’t had any issues. Something like this I don’t even know what to think,” said DesMazes

DesMazes says it’s unsettling because he doesn’t know what will come next.

“Don’t know if it’s someone from the area or someone from outside the area, but right now there is nothing I can do about it,” he said.
