NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Construction has resumed on the NEON District Streetscape Project.
While construction is underway, vehicular traffic on Monticello Ave. will be open to southbound travel towards Brambleton Avenue. Those traveling northbound can use Granby Street or St. Paul’s Boulevard to detour.
Businesses in the Neon District will remain open during construction and free parking will be available along Granby Street.
The city says it will continue to coordinate with businesses and residents to try to minimize impact throughout construction.
