NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A multi-vehicle crash in Norfolk caused delays on I-564 Monday morning.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), all east lanes were closed on I-564 near the 64 interchange due to the crash. All lanes are now open.
