NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A man has died following a shooting Sunday afternoon in Norfolk.
According to police, the call for the shooting came in around 4:09 p.m. in the 500 block of Walker Avenue. Police say the man, identified as 52-year-old Tony Williams, was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
On Monday, police say Williams succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
No further information has been released at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
