NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — Police in Newport News confirm two juveniles were shot Tuesday night.
The shooting was reported at 10:38 p.m. in the 1100 block of 16th Street in Newport News. Officers arrived on scene and located the two male victims suffering from injuries considered not life-threatening. They were both taken to the hospital.
Police say the victims were reportedly walking in the area when they were shot.
The investigation into this incident continues.
