NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Navy Federal Credit Union experienced issues with their mobile and online banking on Friday, according to their website.
“We are aware of intermittent issues impacting our mobile and online banking platforms and are actively working to restore these services. We apologize for the inconvenience,” the alert banner stated.
Reports of outages shot up around 8:20 a.m. with the highest number reported around 9:06 a.m. at 873, according to Downdetector.
The mobile app showed a maintenance symbol and stated that their app was not available at that time.
The cause is not yet known.
