HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) – Several vehicle accidents along the HRBT caused major delays Tuesday morning.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the west right lane and right shoulder remain closed on I-64 near Settlers Landing Road due to a multi-vehicle crash.
Earlier in the morning, a disabled vehicle caused all eastbound lanes to close. As of 6:20 a.m., traffic backups are approximately 5.75 miles at the HRBT east.
