HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) – A multi-vehicle crash caused major delays at the HRBT early Wednesday morning.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the west right lane and right shoulder were closed on I-64 in the city of Hampton. All lanes have since reopened.
